crypto.com subaccount missing purchase history

Unfortunately, the Crypto.com API does not offer any way to sync the subaccount transfers. This means that it is essentially impossible for Koinly to fetch those transactions through the API. We hope that Crypto.com adds this soon.
In the meantime, you can choose one of these 3 options:
- add the transfers manually
- ignore the errors. The errors will not affect the calculations or reports, even though they are annoying to see
- switch to CSV files instead and import all of your Crypto.com accounts into a single wallet on Koinly. If all of the Crypto.com accounts were together in a single wallet on Koinly then there would not be any need for the transfers. This is only possible with CSV files at the moment since a wallet only allows a single API connection
