Hello,
I m new user

Bret Royster
Problem I have is that one of my scam tokens always triggers "calculated balances do not match the balances reported by the API" - so my wallet page always reports the yellow ! exclamation warning / error.
I can't seem to do anything to remove the error, as per: https://discuss.koinly.io/t/fix-error-for-kick-and-kick-old-unknown-calculated-balances/17040
If I leave it after import/sync, it says this:
Asset Difference
KICK 888888.0
KICK (OLD) (Unknown) -888888.0
If I "delete" it, it says this:
Asset Difference
KICK (OLD) (Unknown) -888888.0
If I could ignore both these listings token, I would get this error to go away.

Several posts in this thread mention "soft delete". What exactly is this and how is it different to delete? When I click on a transaction I an option to "delete" but not to "soft delete".

Omar Mian: If you imported the transaction via API, when you try to delete it should ask if you want to permanently or soft delete.
Its supposed to work for csv files too (according to pic). But I don't recall it working for me with csv. Last time I tried, it didn't give me the option as I expected.

Yes, would love this feature.
1) I tag a coin as a scam coin and it disappear from normal listing. I have the option to untag it if I want to.
2) Use your customers base to help to control scam coins. If enough people mark a coin as scam, that coin is removed for all other customers. This way, non technical customers who wouldn't know where this scam coin came from won't have to do much.

The way to handle this is quite confusing when you discover koinly and this definitely be obvious with a "mark as fraudulent", and as much as possible be automatic. Users should not have to think about "how do I fix this" and have to use some tricks that may or may not be ok with the tax collectors…
CONTROL:
- you should be able to list the tokens that have been ignored.
EASY:
- it should be automatic when possible and obvious to the users
FLEXIBLE:
- you should be able to fix it manually the same way you can manually change an income to a reward for example
- might be a good idea to enable/disable showing that in the transaction list as a global setting

Ideally, have a growing centralised list of scam coin airdrops and dates (voted up by user's soft-deleting them OR marking them as scam).
Then when wallets are (re)synced, those transactions are automatically excluded (or an option is available to have them included at sync).
Another page to nicely list all excluded scam coins, where users can select and re-include coins that aren't considered scams.

Make it happen please.

Extremely easy to incorporate. See a token that is scam? Mark it scam and it vanishes from everywhere (with ability to restore everything if you uncheck it). Going 1 transaction at a time is not good.
