Consider adding a fixed allowance for microtransactions that will be free of charge, on top of deleted transactions not counting toward the overall count; this will be useful for users that have large counts of micro sums that could be potentially consolidated per the user's local tax guidance.

Koinly has now introduced updated pricing for micro-rewards. Small Reward/Mining/Income transactions will now be priced as 1/10th of a regular transaction (so for every 10 micro rewards, we count only one billable transaction). This can result in large savings if you have a lot of tiny reward transactions
