Canada, France, UK: Transfer fees realize gains even with "Realize gains on transfer fees" OFF

With "PFU/France" selected as cost basis method and "Realize gains on transfer fees" toggled OFF, transfer fees still realize gains 
Same problem with the toggle when using Share Pooling (UK) or Canadian ACB
Workaround
Edit every transfer and change the worth to $0

This is not just for France. The "Realize gains on transfer fees" setting has no impact on my tax report at all. Having the option toggled off still results in transfer fees realizing gains. I have many transactions and manually removing the fee and changing the adjusted cost base is not feasible. When will this bug be fixed?
