Add a transaction tag "Burn". Sending tokens and NFTs to eg. 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dead should automatically tag the transaction as a "Burn".

Burn transactions always confuses me until I remember what I was doing. Setting a description does not give you the high level overview as a tag would.
