Allow the user to enter a current value for any token that is otherwise shown as having 0 value

Allow the user to enter a current value for any token that is shown (often incorrectly) as having 0 value.

... and use that entered value when computing Market Value of assets.

(At the moment, one can enter a value for a token (e.g. for an NFT), but it is ignored by the system.)
