Assign the acquisition cost of NFTs as their market value in reports

As the price feed for NFTs is not available at this point, we should have the option to show the market value of NFTs the same as their cost basis. This is needed for the Norwegian Skatteetaten 1159b form in particular. Currently, the Formue value (fortune/wealth) of NFTs is showing 0 (screenshot).

... fine to have this option. But it should also be allowed to use an actual current value, if one is known, and - crucially - the system must use these values when computing total assets value/unrealised gains/losses.
