Wallet sync does not correctly identify partial sending of tokens.. for example if I receive 1500 tokens in one UTxO transaction, and then the next day send 500 tokens, I should have 1000 in my wallet... but Koinly gets confused and thinks I sent all 1500 of them and have zero remaining.

Does this still happen for you?
Does this happen when you use the public key or only when you sync an individual address?
AFAIK, all UTXO issues have been resolved by now :)
