Fin can't "remember" ongoing conversations from one login to the next.

After three months of getting nowhere with CTC/SUMM, in desperation I created an account with Koinly and quickly got into a very productive conversation with FIN. Between us we very quickly solved ALL the problems in my wife's account, and were making good progress with solving the multiple problems CTC/SUMM could not solve in my own account. Fin then offered to walk me step-by-step through solving the remaining four problems. I was very happy to follow his guidance but by then it was way past midnight, so I asked Fin if we could continue the conversation tomorrow, after I had caught up on some very necessary sleep (ie., today). Fin assured me "he" would be here to continue where we left off, when I was ready.
BUT... when I logged in again today I was met with a blunt message which said, "Conversation has ended." And there seemed NO way to re-open it. So I started a new conversation with Fin by asking "him" if "he" had any memory of last night's conversation. Fin told me that "he" was unable to recall or re-open the previous conversation and invited me to re-state all the information previously given, in order to restart the process. I'll have to do it because I have no choice, but that's the ONE area in which CTC/SUMM's offering is superior. Conversations are left open for a lot longer before they are closed.
REQUEST: Please enable productive conversations with FIN to be continued when logging in again after a break which is sometimes necessitated by, for example, the need for sleep. FIN's comprehension and memory within a conversation are EXCELLENT. Can this excellence be extended by linking the conversation to the account name (or number) and re-opened automatically at a subsequent login? Thanks.

Have I succeeded in scrambling through all the sign-ups and security to actually POST this request... or is it still hanging like an unclaimed orphan in cyber-space?
