Source of funds report

In Germany more on more banks require a source of funds report for the payout of profits. So it would be helpful to be ablte to create such a report for outgoing transactions (crypto and fiat).

Blockpit provides now the option to create such reports. All the data is already available in Koinly, so only the report has to be generated.
