Paypal has now started offering CSV exports that can be imported to Koinly!
Note that you should export the file called 'Transaction statement'. Other files are not supported as they don't contain the necessary information

Update on Paypal:
As far as we know, PayPal does
still not provide a transaction history in CSV format
.The only format that PayPal provides is a tax form that lists all of your disposals and their acquisition prices. This can not be used by Koinly since it is not a transaction history but rather a tax document.
This document can however be used to file your PayPal taxes directly. This is described in the following article (the article was written for Robinhood but the same exact logic can be applied to PayPal):
Hopefully, PayPal will start providing an actual transaction history soon, which Koinly will integrate immediately!
