Sync & Disable API buttons are too close, prone to errors

Since there is no confirmation when disabling the API, it's easy to do it by mistake, when trying to sync the wallet.

The sync icon is too small and I, too, have inadvertently pressed the disable icon as it’s too close to the sync.
