When I sync my Bitstamp account using my API key/secret, my fiat balance is negative.

I noticed that the fee when purchasing crypto via paypal is double counted - it's both added to the sent amount and listed as a fee

I need to edit such transactions (in the edit window, clicking "Edit locked fields") and delete the separate fee (since it's included in the sent amount)
