API/CSV issues (public)

Sample transaction includes trade Asset1>Asset2 however koinly imports transactions in between. In this case (when checking the event logs), the INJ tokens get routed through OSMO and only then converted to USDC. This creates unnecessary taxable events. Workaround As an immediate workaround, you may rely on stake.tax files or simply delete these intermediary transactions manually.

When I sync my SEI wallet using my bech32 (sei***) public key, transactions done on the parallel EVM are not imported. I would also want to have the possibility to use the evm address (0x***) instead of the bech32

When I try to sync my Osmosis wallet using my public key, I get an error: API Error: This API seems to be down at the moment. Please try again later (502) And only some transactions get imported

When I try to sync my Robinhood wallet after creating the key (I followed the instructions precisely) I get an error: Access denied: Invalid private key And no transactions import

When I try to sync my OKX wallet using my API key/secret, I get an error: Access denied: Invalid API key Even though I followed Koinly's instructions exactly. No transactions get imported

When I import my Flare wallet using my public key, some transactionsare not imported - all validator rewards are missing, for example. Workaround I need to add the missing data manually for now

When I sync my Pulsechain wallet using my public key, some of the transactions are missing. I noticed that they are also missing from the main explorer ( scan.pulsechain.com ) though visible on another one ( otter.pulsechain.com )

This error pops up on accounts over 10K transactions. Some of these wallets were synced in the past however refuse to sync now. Even with the start date set. Developers are investigating the reason which is most likely related to the API provider. Workaround I can try using CSV exports from https://stake.tax but I may need to edit the file if I get "Currency not found" errors - I will need to replace the symbols that don't exist in Koinly with placeholder symbols: NULL1, NULL2, NULL3, etc.

After syncing my Solana wallet using my public key, all my balances are wrong and the sync throws an error: API Error: Database Error: RecordNotFound Error: Asset Not Found (200) Workaround I can try importing my data usng CSV exports form https://stake.tax instead
