API/CSV issues (public)

We have logged an issue where some of the tokens are not being imported. This is because their format starts with ibc/ rather than tickers. One of the tokens seems to be PICA. Developers are investigating the core reason for this, in the meantime please use stake.tax or similar exporters to get the necessary data into Koinly.

When I try to import the XLSX file I downloaded from the exchange, Koinly doesn't recognize it.

Some users requested that futures operations for this exchange should be aggregated. We have obtained a CSV dataset and will be looking into it.

I try to import my deposits/withdrawals/spot/futures files but they are not recognized by Koinly. Status Blofin doesn't seem to have a standard format of exports and may provide files in a completely different format. This file is not required for crypto tax returns however some some jurisdictions it may be important. There also may be issues with FIAT balances in the wallet if the file is not recognised. We will look into it and integrate the file if possible.

Wallet: Cardano, Yoroi, Eternl (ADA) Import type: API using an xpub When I sync my wallet, reported balance of ADA is wrong and all token balances show as 0. On WhiteBIT there is a function to convert coin/token into another. It seems transactions via "Convert" are ignored, and the dialog to set an API key also lacks the description that you would probably need to enable endpoint access for "Convert".
