When I sync my Sei wallet using the 0x*** public key, V2 tokens are not imported Workaround I need to add the missing data manually

There appears to be a sync error for this integration. Some transactions are being imported but not all. Developers are notified about this issue and will investigate ASAP.

The following error appears after importing a Solana wallet with Jupiter DCA trades. All the transactions seem to import however some operations are skipped. As a workaround, open the View History tab and locate the failed entries. Add them manually via the UI.

There are some users experiencing this recurring issue when the wallets simply refuse to sync with this error. These kind of accounts do start to sync at a certain point if a start date is set. One particular wallet refused to sync from beginning > Jan 2025 > June 2025 and only allowed the sync from January 2026 to now. The problem is, after this January 2026>now sync, I can’t sync June>January 2026 to fill in the gaps and so on. We should investigate and give a clear warning or a workaround allowing custom date range syncs to fill up the gaps.

Pay It Now has updated their CSV export format. Changes include: Timestamp changed from Unix to standard date format New column added for external wallet address (unbridges) Request: review and update existing Pay It Now CSV mapper to ensure compatibility with latest export layout. There is a small change in this file format. The date open and date closed are missing the (UTC) in the name of the column. As a workaround - please add (UTC) to Subscription and Settlement dates.

Fees are usually paid in CAD however we import it as the output currency. This results in a wrong import and bloated figures. As a workaround, edit the file or amend the fee to be in CAD. Developers are looking into the mapper.

Some transactions involving Minswap and other DEX trades are simply not returning any tokens. The case was thoroughly recorded and will be investigated by the developers. As a workaround, please add the trades manually via the UI.

Rewards are currently not imported by the API. We suggest to import a CSV however CSV simply skips these transactions too. We will be taking a look at the imported and rolling out a fix soon! As a workaround, extract the se EARN rewards manually and import via a custom file.
