Wondering how many years we need to wait for a solution for such a major network. I cannot access transactions dating back to 2022. I know Stellar has truncated their history server but we can't just pretend it didn't happen. Can we find a solution please??

You are missing deposits/trades for some coins so Koinly has assumed you got them at zero cost. This can result in higher taxes if the amounts are large. You can review your missing cost history transactions to figure out what the problem is. It usually has to do with trades on delisted markets or lack of support for historical data by the exchange API. An alternative may be to delete all existing trades and import them using a CSV file instead.

please please can Kionly fix this issue .it is so difficult to find where the transaction came from as i use different exchanges.

Failing that can you make a detailed video showing how to trace from missing transactions.

I have the same issue. Too many to do manually. I hope this get resoveled quickly so I can get a plan for this year or I'll have to find another solution. Thank you.
