The API appears to be skipping some of the funding operations.

This is probably related to timezone rounding which is imported daily (typically at 16:00 UTC), but on some it appears to have skipped 1 of the 3 daily settlement charges (usually the 08:00 UTC batch).

Developers are investigating this issue!
