Cardano (ADA) API: Reported balances are wrong

When I sync my wallet, reported balance of ADA is wrong and all token balances show as 0.
Calculated balances are correct
Workaround
I can toggle "Ignore reported balances" to ON in the API's setting to stop seeing reported balances on the dashboard and wallet page.
This issue does not affect my reports, as only calculated balances are used there.

I frequently synch my Yoroi wallet's API daily. Balance was correct for all ADA and other coins under it. But this changed around 1 week ago when the computed balance is wrong.
Refer to the attached screen shot. The latest "meld" transaction was depositing of around 140k +1k into Yoroi Wallet. However, when we check the Dashboard and meld, it says Yoroi has zero balance. This is happening for ADA as well.
Nami wallet is working fine, so it's definitely Yoroi.
