Cash App CSV: Transaction files are rejected

We have received a few of the sample files.
It seems like we reject this mapper by default with a “Please, import your Cash App Report instead" warning meaning that there must be a different file.
File we have as a recognised on has extra headers:
"Status", "Notes", "Name of sender/receiver", "Account"
Users swear to have followed the instructions and there is no other file.

The solution is CashApp's UI has changed. CashApp -> Activity -> Filter by Previous Year / Bitcoin -> Download.
I used to do this for a living. You can close this ticket, but please share the info with your thousands of clients that will encounter the same thing.
Your QA is atrocious.

Within CashApp, there is only the option to download individual statements from each month of 2025, OR Bitcoin "Transactions CSV", which is how I am downloading the crypto transactions.
