Kraken API Error: file has too many rows 374194 (max: 100000)

When I try to sync my Kraken wallet with Koinly using API, I get an error:
API Error: file has too many rows 374194 (max: 100000)
And no transactions sync
Workaround
I need to import my data using CSVs. I may need to export shorter periods (e.g. quarterly) or split the file before importing due to Koinly's limitation of max 100k rows when importing CSVs

We have been relying on Koinly for our company since 2023, and it has been working great.
As our algo trading generates more and more volume, this API sync issue is clearly a growing pain.
In the past, whenever we saw yellow warnings on the sync screen, we could simply delete and re-add for a full sync. This 100K limit, however, makes that delete-and-readd method extremely time-consuming, as we now need to manually export CSV files, ensure each file stays under 100K lines or 10MB, and then manually import those files for records since 2022.
