Pulsechain (PLS) API: Some Pulsechain transactions are not imported
under review
Jack
When I sync my Pulsechain wallet using my public key, some of the transactions are missing.
I noticed that they are also missing from the main explorer (scan.pulsechain.com) though visible on another one (otter.pulsechain.com)

None of my PulseChain transactions are being pulled in suddenly. There are new block explorers to use, https://midgard.wtf/ is one of the newest. otter.pulsechain.com works well. I believe scan.pulsechain.com is the worst one actually.

Hello everyone,
If you're still facing the same issue and none of the standard troubleshooting steps helped (resyncing, deleting and re-adding the wallet), or if you still experience API errors, please contact our support team via https://koinly.io/contact/ or use the in-app chat to speak with us directly.

Konstantinos I'm still having this issue. Nuked everything, starting from scratch, just to try to fix it. No luck yet. Some addresses sync fine. Some sync from the beginning but still get a "sync failed" error. Some addresses only pull transactions within a certain date range, despite targeting the full resync from the beginning. plz halp 😔

Petur Please bump this topic again. Pulse Chain hasn't synced since mid July.
scan.pulsechain.com has received major upgrades to v1.1.1 if you are set on using the official explorer but as I said in another comment, there are others available as well. Please make sure this is updated on your side too.
Should be no need to resync from the beginning when transactions are showing on the explorer but not importing.

all pulsechain transaction links on koinly got to https://scan.pulsechain.com/tx/0x... but the way the explorer links work was changed several weeks ago. it should be https://ipfs.scan.pulsechain.com/tx/0x... maybe that helps with other problems as well

Been having a problem with this too. I basically have to go under troubleshooting and trigger a full resync of the wallet. Then it brings in the PulseChain transactions. It's a pain in the neck to take this extra step.

PulseChain is not pulling any transactions again. Quite a few new explorers have been made available.
https://midgard.wtf/ is one of the newest.
otter.pulsechain.com works well. I believe scan.pulsechain.com is the worst one actually.

This is an issue that was just encountered with a USDT to PLS swap on PulseX. As a data point, Koinly imported the USDT and PLS transaction fee but didn't import the PLS purchased. On a few other Token to Token swaps (non-PLS swaps on Pulsechain), they imported fine.
On the otter.pulsechain.com explorer, it lays out the transaction clearer than the scan.pulsechain.com explorer. In general, otter.pulsechain.com explorer seems to show the actual transactions clearer than the scan.pulsechain.com explorer. The problem with the otter.pulsechain.com explorer is it doesn't show the token balances in the wallet.
So, in my opinion, otter.pulsechain.com explorer is better for transaction tracking. The scan.pulsechain.com explorer is better for checking the token balances on the blockchain.
If Koinly can have the transaction imports connected with the otter.pulsechain.com explorer and the token balance checks with scan.pulsechain.com, that might work better.

De Bank is a better block explorer to use. I can't tell if this your average Pulsechain Gatekeeping we experience, because it happens quite frequently by websites like CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap. Or if this is the result of not enough Pulsechain users to warrant fixing the issue. Or maybe the result of only relying on the said gatekeeping websites for data. Either way, we wish to be able to use this site as well to report our taxes. The chain has been online for multiple years and should be included in giving accurate token prices.
Please increase the priority/urgency of this as I have used Koinly for the last couple years and intend on paying for the service again, if it can get up to date and can provide the service it says it can.

Please use otter.pulsechain OR better yet if you can pull data from DeBank that would be the best. It seems to be more stable and complete. This would be very helpful as it is causing a lot of problems in my Koinly with missing transactions or missing cost bases and not captioning fees or bridge activity.

This has actually gotten worse over the last 2 weeks. As the initial post, since the launch of pulsechain I've had problems with missing or delayed transactions, but for about 2 weeks now my pulsechain wallets will no longer sync at all. Tried all the recommended sync solutions but with no joy..
