When importing "Futures Order History" CSV to my XT.com wallet in Koinly, I get an error:
Unknown file
Unable to import this file automatically. Proceed to the file mapping page to continue the import process
And the file doesn't import
Workaround
I need to edit this file into Koinly's "Simple" template
