Complete report: Some cost-like and income-like tags are missing

Newly added tags like "Futures fee" are not included in the "Expenses" section of the complete report.
They're also missing from the "Costs & Expenses" itemized report
Workaround
I can still find those transactions by filtering/pivoting "Transaction History" report or retag them to a different tag (e.g. change tag for all "Futures fee" to "Margin fee" using bulk edit.
