Full re-sync doesn't recover permantely deleted transactions.

Full re-sync should repopulate permanently deleted transactions but this feature is currently broken.

perm deleted transactions should reappear when you troubleshoot -> trigger full resync 
Which wallet are you having an issue with?

Oyster Raccoon: I think the problem is that you didn't delete those transactions

permanently

- they are still in your account, just "crossed out".
