Iotaevm withdrawls not syncing

Seems like the newly added Iota Evm support only syncs deposits properly. Withdrawls like cost transactions are missing for me

Have to import transaction fees for every transaction via csv cause they are not imported via the sync. Would be nice if those would automatically import as well.
