KUCOIN API BUG - After Dec 21, 2021 Income/Interest earned from Financial Account Not Seen by Koinly and Balance for that Coin shows "0"

The last day Koinly see's the Income/Interest earned from Financial Account is DEC 21, 2021 even tho I'm still earning interest for the coins in the Financial Account till this day.
On DEC "22" 2021, Kucoin converted POOL-X to the Financial Account and they "internally" transferred/moved all the coins from Pool-X to the Financial Account and Koinly does NOT see these transactions and it has no txid but its visible in my Kucoin account.
Because of this transfer/move the balance for coins in Financial Account show as 0 and Koinly complains "Some of your calculated balances do not match the balances reported by the API" and the difference that is shown on Koinly is the exact amount transferred by Kucoin on Dec 22 2021 from Pool-X to the Financial Account.
I have documented this here and others have confirmed the issue.

Hey Petur, Could you kindly update this thread. I reported this bug 9 months ago in the previous tax season and this bug still live. What kind of expectations should we have moving forward in regards to this issue? Thanks in advance

Koinly's API integration with Kucoin is busted. I have determined it is an issue due to Koinly because I tried to import using a different similar tax software and it found all transactions from Kucoin using the same API.

Robust Centipede: Yeah but I believe it was Kucoin who broke the integration when they made changes on DEC 22, 2021. Not that it matters at this point. To be honest tho i think there was issues with the API integration before I brought this issue to light as Petur said it was supposed to have been fixed in January. Ive bout thrown in the white towel.. I thought I would be able to fix the balance issue by making a manual transaction mimicking the transfer Kucoin did on the 22nd and editing it to say "sent to pool" but Ive had no luck. If you or anyone else has any ideas im all ears.
