I've been getting Timeout Error 500 over the past few days when trying to sync NDAX API so I tried to disable the API and reconnect to NDAX. However, reconnecting to NDAX creates a duplicate NDAX wallet and does not re-enable the API within my existing NDAX wallet. I've toggled the "ACCOUNT IS CONNECTED WITH KOINLY" button in NDAX to off and tried to re-enable the API but it continues to create the duplicate NDAX wallet. I simply want to use my existing wallet. Now I'm stuck having to Import file.
NDAX supports the creation of a read-only API key. Why not just allow entering that API key info instead? I would prefer entering API key info rather than linking my NDAX account given the issues I've faced with syncing over the past year or so.

It looks like NDAX have now fixed this issue since this error has not occurred for about 3 weeks now. The issue may have been happening due to high server load on NDAX's side during peak tax season.
PS: We do actually support the input of API keys as well. To use API keys, you will need to create a wallet called "NDAX LEGACY", since this integration uses the older NDAX API. The primary downside to using the Legacy API is that it does not provide staking rewards. If you have staked on NDAX, then you are better off using the newer API

Petur, unfortunately I am still having the issue that when I try to re-establish the API in my existing NDAX wallet, a new duplicate NDAX wallet is created using the API. This new NDAX wallet only syncs from Jan 1, 2024. My existing NDAX wallet doesn't enable the Sync function. I need a way to enable Sync in my existing wallet.

Ah, I understand.
It looks like it may not be possible to reconnect an existing NDAX wallet once the initial API has been disconnected. I will look into this but it may not be a simple fix.
You should still be able to create the new wallet and sync your entire history easily. Just make sure to remove any 'Lock history date' from your settings while you do this. You can add the lock date once the new wallet has been synced and the old wallet has been removed

Petur, thanks for the quick reply! Ah, I forgot about the Lock history date not syncing prior to 2024. I will likely just use the newly created NDAX wallet and modify as needed to mirror the old wallet. And, then, make sure not to disable the API.
