I’m trying to import a NDAX transaction CSV into Koinly, but it’s showing “Unknown file” and won’t import.
  • File downloaded directly from NDAX
-Same format as previous imports that worked
-Tried downloading a fresh CSV multiple times (5+ attempts)
-No changes made to the file before uploading
Since it’s a supported exchange and the file hasn’t changed, this may be a new CSV format issue. Happy to share the file if helpful.
