I have 53 transactions in a One Trading (former Bitpanda Pro) account.

I have created a new API key and copied it to the corresponding Koinly One Trading API sync configuration.

The sync runs for a few seconds, shows the green “SYNCED” badge and returns 0 transactions. I also tested it again after a 24 hour break to rule out a temporary restriction by One Trading.

I also tried the import via csv file, but this does not contain any blockchain transaction details (TXid, TXdest), which means that transfers cannot be generated automatically from sends and deposits and all sends (One Trading wallet) and deposits (target wallet) have to be merged manually.

I have another Koinly account where the original sync took place during Bitpanda Pro times. It still contains all the information and the corresponding transactions were merged automatically.

According to the One Trading API changelog, endpoints for “withdraw funds” and “deposit funds” have also been available since 06/2023.
