Remove transfer fees from "Expenses" section if treated as deductible costs

I have the toggle "Treat transfer fees as deductible costs: set to ON
If I do, transfer fees are still listed in the "Expenses" section of the complete report, even though they're already deducted (included in the cost basis calculation)
