I noticed that Coinbase does not include all the transactions on their 1099-DA (for example, sales of stablecoins for a non-stablecoin crypto asset), but Koinly still puts it on my 8949 checking box H.

These transactions should have the box I checked instead.

This issue should be fixed and the 8949 form from Koinly should match your 1099-DA form.
There may be some small discrepancies due to differences in how some fees or fee refunds are handled - see:

Same issue here. Please solve this asap. Hurry up guys. Issue is even put 1099DA on Koinly, we still don’t have any option to auto reconcile. Now we are confused check box. Deadline is coming.
